Nick Jonas Chats Baby Names As He Hopes For Kids With Priyanka Chopra – Hollywood Life | Razor Byte

0

Nick Jonas chatted about baby names as ‘The Voice’ coach and his wife, Priyanka Chopra, hope that their dreams of having children will come true.

Nick Jonas was one of the four celebrity coaches recently interviewed about Season 20 of The Voice, but naturally, the conversation eventually steered towards kids. This led to a conversation about baby names! “Priyanka [Chopra] has been talking about having as many kids as she can. You have said the same…Who has the naming rights?” Extra reporter Cheslie Kryst asked in a video interview with The Voice coaches, uploaded on Feb. 25.

“We’d be blessed with any child, son or daughter or anything,” Nick started to say before revealing, “I’m sure her mother will want to weigh in and my family would want to weigh in, too… But just knocking wood that it happens.”

Babies are on Nick and Priyanka’s minds as the couple has been openly sharing their family plans in recent interviews. Nick admitted that he “hope[s] for many” kids while speaking with E! News earlier in February. However, the Jonas Brothers singer only wants to opt for a number of kids that his wife is comfortable with.

“[Priyanka] is the most important piece of the puzzle, and it’s obviously something we hope happens, and god willing, it comes together,” Nick added in the interview. Luckily, though, it sounds like Priyanka’s on the same page. The Quantico star teased that she wants “a cricket team” during an interview with The Sunday Times in January before clarifying, “I do want children, as many as I can have. A cricket team? I’m not so sure!”

Nick and Priyanka have been taking their time with their family plans after recently celebrating their two-year wedding anniversary in Dec. 2020. The same can’t be said about the beginnings of their whirlwind romance, however! Even Priyanka admitted it came as a “shock” when Nick popped the question just two months into their relationship.

“I didn’t expect the proposal at that point…It was two months!” Priyanka said with a laugh in a recent interview with Elle. She added, “I thought it would happen, but it was still a complete shock. [But] I relinquished control and I just went with it.”

2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class price and specs: S450 to lead launch line-up for all-new limo | Razor Byte

0

Seventh-generation limousine to launch with petrol inline-six power, matched by generous standard equipment and class-leading tech.

  • 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class price and specs detailed
  • New limousine to launch with two six-pot petrol variants, with a V8 still to come
  • Standard equipment includes dual screens, semi-autonomous driving, plush cabin and LED lights
  • Order books open locally in March

Australian pricing and specification details for the 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class have been confirmed.

Two variants of Mercedes-Benz‘s flagship S-Class limousine will be offered at launch, the ‘standard’ S450 4Matic and the long-wheelbase S450L 4Matic, priced from $240,700 and $264,900 before on-road costs respectively.

Both models derive power from a 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six petrol engine, sending 270kW and 500Nm to the road through a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4Matic all-wheel-drive, for a 5.1-second 0-100km/h sprint time.

The straight-six mill is assisted by a 48-volt mild-hybrid electrical system, which can supply an additional 16kW/250Nm boost for short periods under hard acceleration, and enables combined fuel economy ratings of 8.2L/100km and 8.4L/100km for the S450 and S450L respectively.

Above and throughout: Mercedes-Benz S450L 4Matic pictured.

A higher-grade S580L variant is expected to be offered later down the road, pairing a 4.0-litre twin-turbo petrol V8 with a 48-volt system for a total of 370kW and 700Nm.

Compared to its entry-level European counterparts, Australian-delivered S-Class models are packed to the brim with technology and features across the entire range.

Standard equipment on both models is led by a high-tech cabin with a 12.3-inch 3D digital instrument cluster (with eye tracking) and a 12.8-inch OLED infotainment touchscreen running Mercedes’ latest MBUX operating system, with satellite navigation (with live traffic and predictive functionality), Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, the MBUX Interior Assistant, and the “Hey Mercedes” voice assistant.

A head-up display with support for augmented-reality satellite navigation (which can virtually project navigation directions on the road up to 10 metres ahead) is standard, as are a 15-speaker, 710-watt Burmester 3D surround sound system, wireless smartphone charging, dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient LED interior lighting, puddle light projection, keyless entry and push-button start.

There’s also an electric glass panoramic sunroof (with sliding and tilting functionality), a power-operated rear sunblind, a nappa leather-wrapped steering wheel, electrically-adjustable front seats with heating and cooling, memory functionality for the steering column, a fingerprint scanner, a hands-free power boot lid, heated power-folding exterior mirrors, rear privacy glass, and insulated acoustic glass for the front side windows.

Other standard features include adaptive Multibeam LED headlights, air suspension, power-closing doors, support for the Mercedes Me Connect smartphone app, flush retractable door handles, a 360-degree camera and semi-autonomous Active Parking Assist.

Standard active safety features across the local Mercedes-Benz S-Class range include adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane centering assist, lane change assist, evasive steering assist, and a traffic-sign assist system that reads speed signs and adjusts the adaptive cruise control system accordingly.

While German-market versions of the new S-Class will soon be able to drive themselves (under supervision, albeit) with the driver’s hands off the steering wheels on mapped freeways at speeds up to 60km/h, Australian legislation means local customers won’t have access to that level of functionality for now.

Additional features fitted to the long-wheelbase S450L 4Matic include a 110mm-longer wheelbase, power-adjustable rear seats with memory, automatic rear climate control, and forward-facing airbags in the backs of the front seats.

Options across the local S-Class range include adaptive Digital Light LED headlights – capable of projecting warnings onto the road with a range 150 metres greater than that of the standard LED units, thanks to 2.6 million ‘pixels’ – plus rear-wheel steering (with an angle of up to 10 degrees), ‘active’ ambient interior lighting and the Energising package.

Two 11.6-inch entertainment touchscreens can be specified for rear passengers, as can five different rear seat designs.

Order books for the 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class will open in March 2021.

2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Australian pricing

  • S450 4Matic – $240,700
  • S450L 4Matic – $264,900 (up $25,965)

Note: All prices exclude on-road costs.

Had To Audition – Hollywood Life | Razor Byte

0

Eddie Murphy’s own daughter Bella plays his character’s child in ‘Coming 2 America.’ He’s revealing how there was no nepotism that went into how the 19-year-old landed the part.

There’s going to be a strong family resemblance between King Akeem of Zamunda and his daughter Omma in the upcoming Coming 2 America. Eddie Murphy‘s character is now a parent in the sequel to the 1988 rom-com that’s been 33 years in the making. His very own daughter Bella Murphy, 19, is portraying Omma onscreen, but she didn’t get handed the part just because her father is Hollywood royalty. She had to earn it with an audition!

“She had to audition for Craig Brewer, who directed the movie,” Eddie told Good Morning America in an interview that aired on Feb. 25. “I wasn’t musclin’ my kid into the movie. She had to really be able to — you know, to deliver. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have gotten the role.”

Bella  — whose mother is Eddie’s ex-wife Nicole Mitchell (formerly Murphy) — said she wanted to make her dad proud. “I just wanted to be good. I didn’t want people to watch it and be like, ‘Oh, that must be his daughter ‘cause she can’t keep up with everyone else.’ You know what I mean?”

“I just really wanted to do the best that I could,” she added. “And I’m really proud with how it turned out.” This is Bella’s first major acting credit, so hopefully she’ll be able to land more roles after showing her talent in Coming 2 America.

Nicole, 53, gushed about Bella’s acting dreams during a Sept. 2019 stop by the Wendy Williams Show. “My youngest daughter, Bella, is in Coming To America 2,” Nicole beamed. “She had to audition. It wasn’t like, ‘Daddy, give me the role.’ She had to actually get out there.” Nicole added, “I am so excited for her. Just to see her going to acting classes and all that [stuff]. She’s serious about it.” That hard work has paid off, as Bella has a very high profile project as her first acting credit. Coming 2 America drops on Amazon Prime on March 5.

After it was first announced that Viola Davis will be portraying Michelle Obama in the upcoming drama series produced by Lionsgate and JuVee Productions, a few other stars have jumped on board. Gillian Anderson and Michelle Pfeiffer will be playing political icons Eleanor Roosevelt and Betty Ford, respectively, and it was just recently announced that O-T Fagbenle has signed on as Barack Obama.

David Bowie’s daughter Lexi Jones calls out ‘perverted and vulgar’ private message from Instagram troll | Razor Byte

0

The daughter of late singer David Bowie and model Iman has called out an Instagram troll for a “vulgar” message left on her recent photo.

When Alexandria ‘Lexi’ Jones shared a mirror selfie of herself wearing a cowboy-inspired swimsuit, she wasn’t expecting to receive a degrading private message from a follower. But unfortunately, that was the case.

Not affected by the negativity, the 20-year-old then epically shut down the troll by sharing a screenshot of the crude words and sharing it with her 83,000 followers.

“Feels good to love my body after years of hating and disrespecting it,” she wrote alongside the screenshot. “No shame in liking how I look in my cowboy swimsuit, but a shame that you’re able to twist it into something so perverted and vulgar.

“What a dim-witted piece of trash and sad that there are more people like you. Go f–k yourself. “

Lexi has been an inspiration for her peers on Instagram lately. In recent days, she posted a motivational message urging teens to embrace their adolescence and not to rush into adulthood.

“I literally never thought I would want to be a teen again but here I am in my 20s sometimes thinking I’m still 16 bc time actually goes by so f–king fast,” she wrote alongside a throwback photo taken two years ago.

Despite her famous parents, Lexi Jones rarely steps into the spotlight (Instagram)

“Don’t get me wrong it’s great being a ‘young adult’ but it becomes way more apparent how fast time flies. I thought the people telling me this were out of their damn mind because who wouldn’t want to be grown. I thought wrong and I will only think that even more as I get older if I don’t take advantage of being young now.

“Glad I realised this sooner than later. So yeah if ur 17 or under LOVE and take advantage of you’re beautiful teenage years while you’re there.”

Lexi Jones shared this photo of her dad in January 2021, on what would’ve been his 74th birthday. (Instagram)

Someone who would second this notion is Lexi’s mum, Iman. The former supermodel, 65, has long told her daughter to stay young for as long as she can, while also hellbent on protecting her from the industry.

“Every agency, every designer, called me to say: ‘If she wants to, we’d love for her to model for us. I said: ‘No, she doesn’t.’ I know why they wanted to her to model – it’s because she is David Bowie’s daughter,” Iman told Net A Porter in 2018.

David Bowie and Iman were married from 1992 to 2016.

“She says I am overprotective. But I told her, ‘This can all wait, it isn’t going anywhere. Have a life that is private while you can, because one day soon it is going to be public, so enjoy this’.”

Bowie is survived by Iman and Lexi. They lost the legendary musician in 2016 following an 18-month battle with liver cancer. He was 69.

Bowie — real name David Robert Jones — also had a son, Duncan Jones, from a previous marriage.

Xbox Live outage resolved after players cut off for 6 hours | Razor Byte

0

After recently trying to charge gamers even more so they can play online, Microsoft’s services went down for six hours in an outage it took “longer than anticipated” to fix.

Xbox Live is back online after a six-hour outage that baffled even the company that runs the service.

Users were unable to sign into the service during the outage.

The outage affected people’s ability to play online as well as launch a variety of games and apps correctly.

“We are aware that users may not be able to sign-in on Xbox Live at this time. Our teams are currently investigating to fix this issue,” Xbox Support said on Twitter on Friday morning.

The outage caused problems for many who took to social media to complain, though their issue was not always with the service itself.

RELATED: ‘Bad taste’: Iraq War game revival slammed

Microsoft declared it a major outage on the Xbox status page, which it later updated to say a fix was “taking longer than anticipated”.

The status page was updated again after 2pm to say that “all services (were) up and running”.

The outage lasted almost as long as Microsoft’s plans to up the prices for how much they charge people to use the service, which is required to play online multiplayer.

After announcing price increases in January, the company admitted it had made a mistake and withdrew the plans, 14 hours after they were announced, following a furious backlash from gamers.

The outage couldn’t have come at a worse time for Microsoft as it provided the perfect circumstances for PlayStation to lure in gamers from the rival platform when it announced more new games coming to its console on Friday morning.

Laughs Over Steamy Scene In Interview – Hollywood Life | Razor Byte

0

While appearing on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show,’ First Lady Jill Biden revealed that she indeed watched the steamy ‘Bridgerton’ scene where Daphne and the Duke consummated their marriage.

Lady Whistledown can put this down in her newsletter: First Lady Jill Biden watched the steamy scene between Daphne Bridgerton (played by Phoebe Dynevor) and the Duke of Hastings (played by Regé-Jean Page) on Bridgerton. Season one of the hit Netflix series, which revolves around Daphne and the Duke’s love story in 19th-century Britain, came up during a game on the Feb. 25 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show. Host Kelly Clarkson read out a series of words and phrases and Jill had to say the first thing that came to mind.

When Kelly read out “Bridgerton,” though, Jill’s mind didn’t immediately travel to that NSFW scene between Daphne and Simon. “Um costumes, romance,” Joe Biden‘s wife immediately said. This drew a chuckle out of Kelly, who was thinking of a scene that was indeed romantic…but where costumes came off.

“We’re so different, my first would’ve been different…,” Kelly said, laughing. Jill quickly caught on and said while laughing, “Okay I know what episode you’re talking about!” Kelly then clarified that they were giggling over episode five ([SPOILER ALERT]: this is the episode where Daphne and Simon quickly tie the knot and later have sex for the very first time).

Jill and Kelly’s chat about Bridgerton‘s steamy scene came in good timing, because the show’s intimacy coordinator recently did a headline-making interview about how the risqué scenes in the show are actually choreographed! The coordinator, Lizzy Talbot, also revealed that the famous oral pleasure scene in the show was filmed on “day one” of shooting.

“The very first scene, day one, we were doing a scene of female sexual pleasure in a gentlemen’s club that didn’t allow women in until 1980. It was, like, ‘Oh, I see what you’re up to, Shondaland!’ It was very clear that from the outset this was going to be viewed from the female perspective,” Lizzy told The Sunday Times in an interview published on Feb. 26.

Bridgerton premiered on Christmas day in 2020, and the series — which is executive produced by Shonda Rhimes — was met with much fan fare. Fans are now anxiously awaiting the second season of the show, which Shonda tweeted in January will be “coming soon.”

Luann de Lesseps showed off her bikini body during her winter getaway to Tulum, Mexico! Check out the 55-year-old ‘Real Housewives of New York City’ star confidently working her two-pieces!

Luann de Lesseps looked as stunning as ever when she hit the beach in Tulum, Mexico, on February 24! The gorgeous Real Housewives of New York City star, 55, took a dip in the ocean while sporting an electric blue bikini and looked so confident in her swimwear style. Luann’s two-piece featured a string bikini top with a halter and plunging neckline and a pair of matching bottoms with a similarly fashioned rope detail.

Luann de Lesseps shows off her killer bikini body while soaking up the sun south of the border with friends in Tulum, Mexico, on February 24, 2021 [BACKGRID].

Opting to go makeup free, Luann looked like she was having the time of her life. Her best accessory? The beaming smile she wore on her face as she enjoyed all of the luxuries of her beach vacation. The longtime RHONY star has been looking absolutely marvelous as of late, as the 13th season of the beloved Bravo reality TV series is slowly, but surely, coming together.

Luann switched things up with another string bikini on Feb. 25. Rocking a hot white two piece, the reality star was spotted going for a casual stroll on the sandy beach as well as stepping into the shallow water. She was later spotted walking out of the ocean with wet hair, smiling after a swim. She looked happy and relaxed as she soaked up the sunshine, throwing on a pair of shades as she enjoyed a quiet moment one of the resort’s cozy beach chairs.

HollywoodLife had the pleasure of chatting with Luann in July 2020, just before the final episodes of season 12 aired! The reality TV star dished about her “survival kit” for the ongoing COVID-19 quarantine, and even revealed how she goes about making wardrobe decisions for special occasions. “I feel like I try to be as close to myself as possible, [when choosing a look],” Luann shared with HL. “I, you know, I want to look natural and I don’t really want to be over the top. I just want to look great. I just want to look hot. That’s all.”

Luann de Lesseps is seen arriving at NBC Studios for NY Live on September 17, 2019 [MEGA].

At the time of our chat with Luann, the star was also getting ready for a major reunion with her cast members. “The reunion is like your chance to clear the air, you know, things that you might not have said that you wish you said during the course of filming,” she candidly told HL. “You know, it’s that moment…I always go into the reunion with an open heart and with my truth, and I feel like it’s just hard to mess up the truth.”

Since the 12th season of RHONY ended and the drama was put behind her, Luann has seriously been living her best life. The starlet has shared intimate photos from her trip to Tulum, and given her longtime fans a glimpse into her luxurious getaway. With the star looking as confident as ever in her recent bikini snap, we cannot wait to see what the future holds for this RHONY star!
